We’ve combed through all the orders for shirts and we’re ready to start delivering the first batch! As Katie said before, we only made a small order initially, so those who ordered first will be receiving their shirts shortly! If you didn’t make this order we’re looking to place the next order soon (details below).
We’re happy to report that so far we’ve made $550 from shirt sales, all of which goes straight towards our adoption fund. We also made $188 from selling Mother’s Day Card downloads. Thank you so much to all of you who have bought items from us. You are helping us bring our child home and you’re forever going to be a part of his or her story.
We’re very close now to finishing up our dossier (paperwork we send to the Colombian government). We need to send $5000 along with that (the last part of the $7000 we’ve been working towards!). As you can see on our chart on the right, between shirt and card sales and extra donations we’re now only $2500 away from our goal!
If we’re going to be able to do that we need to meet our goal and raise the last $2500. Considering that and the fact that many of you are eagerly awaiting the next order of shirts we’re going to set a deadline. We will take shirt orders up to June 30th, and after that we will not sell any more shirts. Doing a bit of mild calculation, it would take only 125 more adult shirt orders to get us to our goal.
